"Pouch Mail" is sent by private courier from Salt Lake to Peru. Letters sent this way have to be written on one side of a single piece of copy paper, then folded up in 3rds and secured along the long side with two pieces of tape about one inch in from each end, but don't seal the ends. (no envelope) Write the return address and Emma's address on the outside of the paper. One regular stamp gets it to Salt Lake and the church takes care of the rest.
